Privacy Policy

Straight talk about your information.

We're a landscaping and property services crew in Mariposa, not a data company. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach.

When you become a customer, we also keep records of your estimates, jobs, invoices, payments and the notes we take during site visits.

We don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect information about you from other sources.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to do the work you ask us to do. That means preparing your estimate, calling you to talk through the job, scheduling crews, doing the work, and billing and collecting payment.

We may email or text you about your project — estimates, scheduling, invoices and review requests. If you'd rather we didn't reach out for anything that isn't about your job, just tell us and we'll stop.

Who sees it

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.

Your information is seen by our owner and crew who need it to do your work, and by the service providers that help us operate: our website and email provider, and our payment processor (Stripe) when you pay an invoice online. Those providers process information on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

We may share information if the law requires it — for example, in connection with our contractor's license, permits, insurance or a court order.

Photos

Photos you send us stay with your project file and are used to prepare your estimate and document the work. They are not shared publicly.

If we ever want to use a photo of your finished project on our website or Google profile, we'll ask your permission first.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we work with you, and afterward as long as needed for tax, warranty and licensing purposes. If you asked for an estimate but never became a customer, we keep your inquiry for a reasonable time so we can follow up, then it's deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it — no forms, no runaround. The only things we can't delete are records we're required to keep for tax and licensing reasons.

Security

Your information is stored with our website provider behind password-protected accounts, and only our team has access. Payments made through invoice links are handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number.

Questions

This policy covers this website. If anything here is unclear, call or email us — we'll explain it like we'd explain it across the fence. (209) 214-9330 · info@323mtm.com.
